The Norfolk Royale Hotel - Wedding Fayre

Olympic DJ attended the Norfolk Royal Hotel Wedding Fayre and would like to thank Jim, Nicki & their staff for their fabulous wedding reception venue to host our exhibtion.

Several of the hotel’s function suites are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships with space for up to 150 guests. Feeback On Olympic DJ

I am the event coordinator of a well know prestigious hotel in the Bournemouth Area.  

Olympic DJ was recently booked as the entertainment at one our wedding events.

The bride could not praise Olympic DJ enough on the effort they went too, to ensure that everything went ok for their wedding day.

The bride commented that Olympic DJ kept good contact from the very 1st contact.

They helped with the couple’s 1st dance & other music requests, such as play lists & confirmations.

Olympic DJ also went to their house to discuss the arrangements of the day and always answered questions or queries promptly.

I also met Olympic DJ, Karl who was a very well turned out gentlemen, who turned up, setup and entertained especially well.

I personally commented to Karl to leave his card, even before he had started (which Ihe did) & I have no trouble in recommending Olympic DJ as one of the best, for Wedding Disco Entertainment that I have seen to date & I have already booked in dates with Karl for 2009.

Feedback on Olympic DJ 

We have nothing bad to say about Olympic DJ.

Karl initially came and saw us to discuss what we wanted at our wedding, his equipement and how he performs.

He is a well spoken and presented gentleman with a full time career and still finds the time, to keep in touch to make sure that we know he is with us on the day. A noticable difference and far better than some of our other services that we had booked.

On the day he was brilliant, his roadshow was truely magnificent and exactly like he said, well coordinated and presented. He played great music all night, took requests all the time and played them right as well. He kept every age group up and down, with no one not on the dancefloor dancing at any one time. This is a true acheivement by Karl..and deserves great credit

I would also like to add that Karl is well known by our Event Coordinator and even she has nothing bad to say about him.   

Karl is a true professional in every way and we want people to realise that the cheapest option is not alway the best…Olympic DJ is well worth a look

Hi Karl

Just a quick note to say thank you for what you did for us on our special day, you absolutely nailed it.

Everyone was so pleased with you, I have to admit that everyone was worried that we had booked some typical tacky disco (I obviously reasured them that you weren’t, because we had both met you). 

I can’t thank you enough, you will know from being a bloke, the pressure is on when it comes to picking a DJ for your big day and you like I said was absolutely brilliant. 

We have your cards to pass on & I know that Debbie and John spoke to you about booking you for their wedding already…

An Initial meeting

  • We are happy to come and see you for a personal introduction.
  • We hope you feel this will be an opportunity for you to discuss your personal requirements, such as music play lists, your 1st dance, your wedding day plans or venue layout with us.
  • Also this is an opportunity for us to discuss DJ equipment, times of arrival & setting up details with you
  • But more importantly we both meet in person, so that you get to know straight away if you like us.

Confirmations

  • With every booking we offer a booking confirmation service. This details all arrangements that are agreed, timings, cost and any personal requirements that you might have.
  • We also contact you nearer the event date to confirm any final changes or details that you may wish.

Setting Up

  • We can setup the roadshow at anytime of day of your event, morning, lunch on a short while before the reception is due to start at no extra cost.
  • Please note that some of our road shows do take longer to setup than others, so just ask us and we will advise if we can and how long, typically we require a minimum of 1.5 hours.

During Your Event

  • We have wireless microphones for speeches and presentations.
  • Your 1st Dance, can be tailored to your personal requirements, including your song, the correct times, any introductions that you may need and the sound and lighting to create the special moment.
  • Our DJ’s dress to impress, their attire can be a suit or a tuxedo.
  • You will find your DJ will be willing to take requests during the event, as well as play from playlists that you may of supplied before hand.

Thank You Karl - At Such Short Notice

Hi Karl

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your efforts on our wedding day, at such short notice, after being let down at the last minute by my previous DJ. I can’t believe he ditched us, I bet it was for more ££, I have emailed him several times and he is not responding.

Anyway……Myself and Rob, could not of asked for a better end to a brilliant day. You did yourself proud, we loved how you fitted in with all the other stuff we had on & the Casino Boys say Hi and thanks for helping them out as well (they are good friends of mine)

Thank you for setting up the photo’s, we have found this very useful for those who were not able to make it and work friends.

Top Service - Best DJ Service I ever seen

Karl & Olympic DJ played at my daughters wedding. We rang around about 40 DJ’s & emailed just as many.

We chose Karl because he was a genuine guy, we met him and he really wanted to help us & he did. As he was getting married soon, his own personal experiences and helpful hints help us out of a very sticky situation.
